Job summary

247Hire is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow HRSD professional to lead design, development, and deployment of HRSD solutions. You will work with Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management, and Knowledge Management to meet business requirements and deliver an exceptional user experience.

You will collaborate with HR stakeholders, implement best practices, and ensure high-quality documentation, testing, and support across the SDLC in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with HRSD.
• 4+ years of product development experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) product.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Training, and Operational support.
• Design, prototype, test, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions including Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management and Knowledge Management.
• Develop, test, and deploy HRSD solutions using JavaScript and Glide scripting.
• Create reports and dashboards to display KPIs and insights on HR services and processes.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to translate user needs into technical solutions and enhancements.
• Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure HRSD stability and reliability.
• Document policies, procedures, and controls for platform operation and SDLC with agile development.
• Document technical specifications and configurations for knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure custom development aligns with ServiceNow best practices and governance.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Configuration, Testing, Training, and Operational support
• Designing, Prototyping, Testing, and Implementation of ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management and Knowledge Management, and other HRSD modules to meet the specific the business requirements, align with HR technology principals and to provide an exceptional employee/user experience.
• Develop, test and deploy ServiceNow HRSD solutions using scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Business Rules.
• Create reports and dashboards to display KPIs and provide insights and metrics related to HR services and business processes.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate user needs into technical solutions and system enhancements.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues and ensure the stability and reliability of HRSD solutions.
• Document, maintain and update policies, procedures and controls for the platform operation and software development life cycle while promoting agile development.
• Document technical specifications, system configurations, and development activities, ensuring comprehensive documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure all custom development is aligned with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to HR stakeholders and end-users, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering training as needed.
• Stay informed about ServiceNow platform updates, new features, and best practices, and recommend and implement enhancements to optimize HRSD functionality.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with Human Resources case management.
• 4+ years of product development experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) product - ability to understand out of the box functionality vs customization.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow development, including Scripting (JavaScript and Glide scripting), UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Familiarity with integration best practices and integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems (Oracle HCM Cloud, Microsoft 365, etc.).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI platform tools and capabilities, including NowAssist and MoveWorks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with strong communication and problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
