Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Senior ServiceNow HRSD Architect/Expert in Merrifield, Virginia, offering a hybrid work model. The role focuses on designing, configuring, and optimizing HRSD solutions with a deep expertise in ServiceNow, including Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management, and Knowledge Management.

The candidate should hold CSA and CAD certifications, demonstrate advanced JavaScript/Glide scripting abilities, REST/SOAP APIs, and experience with HR processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ServiceNow experience with Human Resources case management.
• 4+ years of product development experience in the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) product.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and workflows.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Advanced proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript and Glide scripting), UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full software development life cycle, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and operational support.
• Design, prototype, test, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions, including Employee Center Pro, HR Case Management, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow HRSD solutions using scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide scripting, and Business Rules.
• Create reports and dashboards to display KPIs and provide insights related to HR services and business processes.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate user needs into technical solutions.
• Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues and ensure the stability of HRSD solutions.
• Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for platform operation and the software development life cycle.
• Ensure all custom development aligns with ServiceNow best practices and governance standards.
• Provide technical support and guidance to HR stakeholders and end-users.
• Stay informed about ServiceNow platform updates and recommend enhancements to optimize HRSD functionality.
