Job summary

Accenture Federal Services in Northern Virginia is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Business Analyst to support the Hadlock contract. You will lead requirements definition, stakeholder engagement, and solution validation within Agile delivery, translating business needs into functional ServiceNow solutions.

The role requires 4 years of BA experience with hands-on ServiceNow, federal experience preferred, onsite 4–5 days a week, and relevant certifications such as ITIL/CBAP a plus.

Qualifications

• 4 years of business analysis experience with hands on ServiceNow requirements definition and process analysis; federal experience preferred
• Location & Work Requirements: Northern Virginia area. This position requires onsite presence at the contractor facility 4 to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Gathers requirements with stakeholders documenting business needs and process requirements
• Develops user stories with clear acceptance criteria supporting Agile sprints
• Creates process documentation including process flows, use cases, and functional specifications
• Performs gap analysis comparing current state processes vs future state capabilities
• Facilitates workshops with business users and technical teams
• Translates requirements into ServiceNow solutions in collaboration with developers
• Supports user acceptance testing including test case development and defect validation
• Documents business rules and configuration requirements for implementation
• Maintains requirements traceability matrices through implementation
• Supports change management activities including training material development and user communications
• Participates in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinement
• Conducts solution demonstrations and validation sessions with stakeholders
