Accenture Federal Services is seeking a ServiceNow Senior Developer to lead development activities across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, IRM, and SecOps. You will architect complex solutions, mentor teams, and ensure alignment with federal security requirements while delivering on agile programs.

The role requires hands-on development, integration design, and strong leadership to drive best practices across multiple ServiceNow modules in a government contracting environment.

Qualifications

• 7 years of ServiceNow development experience with complex platform customization.
• Federal government experience strongly preferred.
• CSA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Architect complex ServiceNow solutions including custom applications and integrations.
• Develop advanced server-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, Fix Scripts).
• Implement client-side development using Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Angular components.
• Design and develop ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub.
• Develop Flow Designer workflows, subflows, and custom actions.
