Job summary

EY is seeking a ServiceNow Security Operations Manager to lead architecture, design, build, and deployment of SecOps capabilities for diverse clients. You will manage cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore locations, mentor consultants, and drive improvements in security operations and cyber risk programs.

You will also contribute to business development, lead client workshops, and ensure high-quality delivery of incident response, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Business, Engineering or related field and 4 years of work experience implementing ServiceNow SecOps, Security GRC, or IRM solutions/use cases.
• Certification from ServiceNow as a CSA and related Security Incident Response / Vulnerability Response certifications.
• Experience leading a team to implement ServiceNow SecOps with integrations to SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and vulnerability scanners.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity/GRC principles and frameworks, incident response, vulnerability management, threat intelligence, and continuous controls monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage ServiceNow SecOps architecture, design, build, and deployment end-to-end.
• Coach and develop onshore and offshore team members and engage in mentoring activities.
• Support business development, including proposals, statements of work, and client relationships.
• Deliver client demonstrations of ServiceNow SecOps solutions and contribute to go-to-market initiatives.
