- Elicit and document requirements for ServiceNow initiatives across modules.
- Facilitate workshops and interviews with stakeholders at all levels.
- Translate business needs into user stories, use cases, and process flows.
- Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and ServiceNow team.
- Analyze current state and recommend future-state improvements.
- Manage backlog and support sprint planning in Agile environment.
- Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure scalable solutions.
- Support UAT by defining test scenarios and tracking defects.
- Develop training materials and assist change management at go-live.
- Produce BRDs, solution design documents, and process maps.
