Job summary

TekWissen Group is seeking a Scrum Master in Atlanta, GA for a 6-month onsite assignment. The candidate will work with the ServiceNow team to elicit requirements, manage the backlog, and drive Agile processes.

Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, translating business needs into user stories, and supporting UAT and go-live activities. Strong ServiceNow experience and stakeholder communication are required.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years on the ServiceNow platform
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, workflows, and core modules
• Proficiency with requirements management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models
• Ability to facilitate workshops and influence without direct authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication for non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate requirements for ServiceNow initiatives (ITSM, HRSD, SPM, CSM).
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and JAD sessions with stakeholders at all levels.
• Translate business needs into user stories, cases, processes, and acceptance criteria.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and ServiceNow dev/config teams.
• Analyze current processes and propose future-state improvements using platform capabilities.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and support sprint planning.
• Partner with architects/developers to ensure scalable solutions aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
• Support UAT by defining test scenarios, coordinating testing, and tracking defects.
• Develop training materials and support change management at go-live.
• Produce BRDs, solution design documents, and process maps.

Responsibilities

• Partner with platform architects and developers to ensure solutions are scalable and align with ServiceNow best practices


• Support UAT by defining test scenarios, coordinating testing, and tracking defects to resolution


• Develop training materials and support change management activities at go-live


• Produce clear documentation including BRDs, solution design documents, and process maps

Qualifications

• 4 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years working directly with the ServiceNow platform


• Strong understanding of ServiceNow's data model, workflows, and core modules


• Proficiency in requirements management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)


• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models


• Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and influence without direct authority


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
