The candidate will work on design, development, and deployment tasks, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the ServiceNow platform and drive backlog delivery.

Qualifications

• Total 10+ years of experience required.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow Best Practices, workflow, customization, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI, Policies, and integration protocols (REST/SOAP).
• Must have direct, hands‑on experience implementing or being part of a core ServiceNow Implementation team.
• Strong knowledge and implementation experience with ITSM and CSM.
• Solid understanding of ITIL frameworks, change management, and continuous process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Development & Backlog Execution: rapidly absorb requirements to develop, configure, test, and deploy solutions for backlog items using ServiceNow workflows and Flow Designer.
• Service Portal & Catalog Management: create and enhance complex Service Catalog items and support the Service Portal/Employee Center for better user experience and self-service adoption.
• Knowledge Management: maintain KB structure with governance and usability.
• Implementation & Integration: full lifecycle tasks including configuration, system integration, testing, and requirements gathering; design robust integration between ServiceNow and third-party systems.
• Reporting & Dashboards: create and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards for actionable insights.
• Documentation: produce clear technical and process documentation in the knowledge base.
