Rollins, Inc. in Atlanta, GA is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join its Rollins Information Technology team. Reporting to the Senior ServiceNow Product Manager, you will design, develop, and maintain solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role focuses on ITSM, ITAM, and SPM, delivering automated, scalable, enterprise-grade workflows. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, integrate systems, and drive the platform's evolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
• Experience with ITAM Hardware Asset (HAM)/Software Asset (SAM).
• Experience with SPM.
• Advanced proficiency with JavaScript and ServiceNow development frameworks.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Experience supporting a large, complex enterprise environment.
• Agile delivery experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
• Implement, enhance, and support ITSM processes.
• Develop custom solutions using JavaScript on the ServiceNow platform.
• Design and support REST/SOAP integrations, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
• Identify automation opportunities and optimize workflows.
• Design scalable, secure enterprise-level solutions.
• Support ITAM, CMDB, and SPM capabilities as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices.
