Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant 2 to resolve critical incidents, design scalable IT infrastructure, and document architecture and deployment plans. You’ll collaborate across onsite and offshore teams, align release cycles, and ensure secure, compliant solutions using ServiceNow and related tools.

Candidates should have ServiceNow CAD, strong scripting, and experience with incident and change management in enterprise environments, with relocation willingness and a bachelor’s

• Proficient in ServiceNow CAD and scoped application development.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development including scripting and integrations.
• Experience with incident/change/service catalog workflows and Flow Designer.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex incidents with root-cause analysis and preventive recommendations.
• Assess client IT infrastructure and document maturity and improvement opportunities.
• Design scalable, secure IT infrastructure solutions and create technical documentation.
• Coordinate deployments, release schedules, and post-deployment testing.
