Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience or high school/GED with 10+ years in systems engineering or related roles.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• 3+ years hands-on with ServiceNow SAM Pro.
• Certifications: CAD, CSA, and (preferred) SAM Manager.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow SAM Pro solutions.
• Support SBOM data management and open-source governance processes.
• Configure software normalization, models, and content services.
• Develop and enhance workflows, automation, and Integrations using Integration Hub.
• Support software reconciliation, entitlement management, and compliance activities.
• Collaborate with CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management teams to improve license visibility.
• Configure integrations with software inventory sources and endpoint management.
• Create documentation and transfer knowledge.
