Job summary

The role focuses on transforming testing into Quality Engineering with AI-driven capabilities, data validation, and KPI tracking. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement and collaboration across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS or related tech field.
• 12+ years delivering testing across complex platforms.
• Automated Test Framework (ATF) experience required.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive testing roadmap and QA standards across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, IRM/GRC, HRSD).
• Create detailed test plans and coordinate unit, SIT, regression, and UAT testing.
• Validate configurations, customizations, and integrations before Production upgrades.
• Develop a maturity roadmap to elevate Testing into Quality Engineering with AI-driven capabilities.
• Lead defect triage and collaborate with Devs and Product Owners for timely fixes.
• Build and scale automated test suites using AutomatePro and ATF to accelerate releases.
• Perform data validation across CMDB and large data migrations.
• Track quality KPIs for leadership visibility on release readiness.
• Mentor testers and distribute workloads across agile squads.
