The role emphasizes AI-driven testing maturation, data validation in CMDB, and cross-functional collaboration with developers, testers, and product owners within a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
• 12+ years in testing and QA leadership.
• Experience with automated testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Define testing roadmap and QA standards for ServiceNow modules.
• Create detailed test plans and coordinate all testing phases (unit, SIT, regression, UAT).
• Validate configurations and integrations during upgrades and patches.
• Lead defect triage and collaborate with developers and product owners.
• Build and maintain automated test suites and data validation for CMDB.
