Job summary

ICF is seeking a Project Manager, ServiceNow, to join our Digital Modernization Division in Fort Lee, VA. The role focuses on technology strategy, IT engineering, service and platform management, and building prototypes for web-based applications.

You will guide governance and drive ServiceNow development across cross-functional teams while collaborating with federal executives and stakeholders. The role requires an active Secret clearance, US citizenship, and 8+ years of PM experience with a BS

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required
• U.S. citizenship is required for federal work
• 8+ years of Project Management experience with a BS degree

Responsibilities

• Develop technology strategy in collaboration with Federal executives, business SMEs, and key stakeholders
• Lead meetings with senior client leadership to discover current state, processes, requirements and pain points
• Develop technology presentations and communicate complex technology choices to stakeholders
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and team members to determine business needs and develop solution approaches
• Develop governance, operating models, CONOPS, and processes to support the business mission
• Evaluate new technology platforms and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Document as-is and to-be architectures, business processes, and flow charts
• Participate in project discussions and team meetings
• Define and prioritize ServiceNow development activities with cross-functional teams
• Support implementation including requirements, design, testing, and delivery of tracking/reporting tools
• Understand client processes and propose improvements related to technology
• Lead rapid prototype and proof-of-concept efforts with senior technologists
