Job summary

ICF in San Diego is seeking a Project Manager, ServiceNow, to lead technology strategy and governance for federal engagements. You will guide service delivery, architecture decisions, and rapid prototyping with a focus on making web-based applications reliable for mission-critical use.

The role requires an active Secret clearance, PMP, and 8+ years in project management, including 4+ years with ServiceNow and 4+ years Federal experience.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• US Citizenship required by Federal contracting.
• PMP certification.
• BS degree with 8+ years of project management experience.
• 4+ years of experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of experience leading technology consulting engagements with clients.
• 4+ years of Federal experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology strategy in collaboration with Federal executives, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Lead senior client meetings to understand current state, processes, and goals.
• Communicate complex technology choices and trade-offs clearly in meetings.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and teams to define requirements and solution approaches.
• Develop governance models, CONOPS, and processes to support the mission.
• Document as-is and to-be architectures and business processes.
• Participate in daily standups, reviews, and cross-functional plan prioritization for ServiceNow.
• Support design, testing, and delivery of tracking/reporting tools.
