Job summary

ICF is seeking a Project Manager, ServiceNow, to guide technology strategy and manage ServiceNow-based initiatives for federal clients. The role requires active security clearance, US citizenship, and substantial PM experience delivering complex, high-visibility programs.

You will work onsite at the Virginia client office, collaborate with executives, and lead cross-functional teams to modernize web-based applications and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance is required.
• US Citizenship is required by federal government.
• PMP certification is required.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience with BS degree.
• 4+ years with low-code/no-code platforms such as ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of leading technology consulting engagements with clients.
• 4+ years of Federal experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology strategy with Federal executives and stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings to uncover state, processes, requirements, and goals.
• Present technology choices and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and teams to design architecture and strategy.
• Develop governance models, CONOPS, and processes to support the mission.
• Document as-is and to-be architectures and business processes.
