Job summary

ICF is seeking a Project Manager, ServiceNow for its Digital Modernization Division. You will become a trusted advisor handling technology strategy, IT engineering, Service Management, and platform management, including building PoCs and modernizing web apps.

Lead governance, architecture, and implementation efforts with a focus on ServiceNow and low-code platforms while coordinating with federal clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance
• US Citizenship as required by federal government
• PMP certification
• BS degree from an accredited institution with 8+ years of PM experience
• 4+ years of experience with low-code/no-code platforms such as ServiceNow
• 5+ years of experience leading technology consulting engagements with clients
• 4+ years of Federal experience

Responsibilities

• Develop technology strategy with Federal executives, SMEs, and stakeholders.
• Build trust relationships with business stakeholders to understand their mission.
• Lead meetings with senior client leadership to uncover current state and goals.
• Develop technology presentations to communicate complex options clearly.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and teams to design solutions and architectures.
• Develop governance models, CONOPS, and processes to support the mission.
• Evaluate new platforms and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Document as-is and to-be architecture diagrams and process flows.
• Participate in daily standups, reviews, and project discussions.
• Prioritize ServiceNow development activities with cross-functional teams.
• Support requirements, design, testing, and delivery of tracking tools.
• Define system requirements and design approaches with IT stakeholders.
• Understand client processes and identify opportunities for tech improvements.
• Lead rapid prototyping and PoCs across technologies with senior technologists.
• Document project plans and architecture diagrams.
