Job summary

ICF is seeking a Project Manager for ServiceNow in San Diego, onsite five days a week. The role requires active Secret clearance, US citizenship, PMP, and 8+ years of PM experience, including 4+ years in ServiceNow and 4+ years in Federal engagements.

Qualifications

• Must have an active Secret clearance.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• BS/BA degree from an accredited institution with 8+ years of PM experience.
• 4+ years of experience working with low-code/no-code platforms such as ServiceNow.
• 5+ years of experience leading technology consulting engagements with clients.
• 4+ years of Federal experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop technology strategy in collaboration with Federal executives and stakeholders.
• Lead meetings with client leadership to discover current state, processes, requirements and goals.
• Develop technology presentations to communicate complex trade-offs and options.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and teams to determine business needs and solution approaches.
• Develop governance, operating models, CONOPS, and support processes.
• Document as-is and to-be architecture diagrams and business processes.
• Participate in daily standups, reviews, and cross-functional development prioritization in ServiceNow.
• Support implementation including requirements, design, testing, and delivery of tracking tools.
• Define system requirements and design approaches with IT stakeholders.
