Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager in the United States to drive technical projects from initiation to delivery, providing a single point of knowledge for the program and ensuring alignment with client goals.

You will guide agile practices, remove impediments, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients while maintaining strong communication and stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to independently manage medium to high risk, high complexity, and high client visibility projects.
• Knowledgeable of project management standards, processes, procedures and guidelines using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Knowledgeable of PMBOK and related best practices.
• Solid understanding of IT project lifecycles and governance.
• Excellent analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills, with ability to manage budgets and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Guiding project teams and client organizations on Agile/Scrum practices.
• Coach teams for self-organization and maturity in Agile frameworks.
• Manage project plans, scopes, schedules, budgets and deliverables.
• Interface with clients on technical matters and ensure client satisfaction.
• Manage risks, issues, and vendor/subcontractor coordination as needed.
• Use Ahead systems (Salesforce, FinancialForce) to maintain updated project information.
