Job summary

AHEAD is seeking a ServiceNow Project Manager in the United States to lead medium-to-high visibility technical projects. You will guide teams, manage the product backlog, and ensure delivery excellence across Agile and Waterfall elements while liaising with client executives.

You will orchestrate project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk mitigation, delivering value and client satisfaction through servant leadership and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience guiding Agile/Scrum teams and coaching on backlog grooming and maturity.
• Strong communication skills across technical and client teams.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets and timelines.
• Proficient with project management software and reporting.
• Experience interfacing with executive-level clients.

Responsibilities

• Guide project teams and client organizations on Agile/Scrum practices and values.
• Assess Scrum maturity and coach teams to higher levels of maturity.
• Remove impediments and coordinate resources to unblock progress.
• Foster a trusting environment and facilitate discussion, decisions, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate internal and vendor activities to meet time, budget, and quality goals.
• Define and execute project plans, scope, activities, schedules, and deliverables.
• Identify needed resources and assign major project roles.
• Monitor risks and issues, and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Conduct project closure activities and post-implementation reviews.
