Responsibilities

• Lead pre-sales activities for ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM).
• Create and review solution designs; present to customers and coordinate sign-offs.
• Respond to RFP/RFI/RFQ with details to win deals and convert opportunities.
• Develop strategies to assess risks and identify reuse opportunities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and drive solutions.
