Job summary

DTMB in Lansing, MI is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect to steer design, governance, and strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform and foundational services.

You will join the platform team supporting CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and integration efforts, working in a hybrid onsite model with two onsite days weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS.
• ServiceNow CSA/CTA/CAD certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience including ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/CMDB/CSDM.

Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect to support the design, governance, and strategic direction of client's ServiceNow platform and its foundational services. This role is part of the ServiceNow platform team that supports ServiceNow CMDB and ServiceNow Foundational services for delivery of IT solutions for the client.

Tasks

• Architect ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with client's strategic goals.
• Lead technical solution design, platform governance, and best practices.
• Design and support integrations with enterprise applications and services.
• Provide technical support to developers, system administrators, and project teams.
• Support platform upgrades, performance optimization, and roadmap planning.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and operational requirements.
