Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget (DTMB) seeks a ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect to lead the design, governance, and strategic direction of its ServiceNow platform and foundational services.

You will architect platform solutions, lead technical design, governance, and integrations with enterprise apps, while supporting upgrades and security/compliance. This is a hybrid, onsite role based in Lansing, MI with some onsite attendance required from day one.

Description:

Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect to support the design, governance, and strategic direction of client's ServiceNow platform and its foundational services. This role is part of the ServiceNow platform team that supports ServiceNow CMDB and ServiceNow Foundational services for delivery of IT solutions for the client.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Skills Required

• 5 years - ServiceNow platform experience
• 5 years - Experience architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation
• ServiceNow Certified Systems Architect (CSA) certification
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certifications - CMDB, ITSM, ITOM, ITAM
• ITIL Foundations V3 or higher certification
