System Soft Technologies is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect to support design, governance, and strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform for the OCTO team. The role is part of the platform team that supports CMDB and foundational services for IT solutions in a DTMB context.

Role: ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect

Location: Lansing, MI 48917

Duration: 1 year

Interview Process: In-person interviews. Candidates MUST be available for an in-person interview.

Hybrid Work Schedule: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. Specific onsite days will be determined with the manager once a candidate is selected.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Platform Solutions Architect to support the design, governance, and strategic direction of our ServiceNow platform and its foundational services. This role is part of the ServiceNow platform team that supports ServiceNow CMDB and ServiceNow Foundational services for delivery of IT solutions for the DTMB Office of Chief Technology Officer (OCTO).

Top Skills & Years of Experience (at least 3-5):

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• 5+ years of experience architecting and implementing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.
• Must have experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
