Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise IT with hands-on ServiceNow platform experience.
• Deep expertise in ServiceNow internals and performance tuning.
• Proficiency in client/server JavaScript and Java.
• Experience with SQL databases (Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Experience with AJAX/HTML/CSS/DOM.
• Experience reading and analyzing logs (Splunk a plus).
• Linux/Unix or Windows Server administration is a plus.
