Qualifications

• Experience leading ServiceNow ITSM including Incident, Problem, Change, and Request.
• Experience with Asset Management (ITAM/HAM/SAM) and platform governance.
• CAD and CIS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, admins, and analysts.
• Oversee Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Define and enforce development standards, deployment governance, and upgrade planning.
• Collaborate with architects and product owners to design scalable ServiceNow solutions.
