Job summary

Thrive is seeking a highly experienced Platform Team Lead for the ServiceNow platform. The role combines hands-on development with team leadership to deliver end-to-end solutions, architecture, and governance across ITSM, CSM, and ITOM domains.

You will mentor developers, drive design sessions, and ensure high-quality, well-documented delivery while supporting a multi-tenant environment and on-call rotations in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience with 5+ years of ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Deep expertise across ITSM, CSM, CMDB, ITOM and Domain Separation.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the ServiceNow platform team with coding standards and best practices.
• Hands-on, dedicating roughly 50% of time to direct development.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle: requirements, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Architect scalable ServiceNow solutions and roadmaps aligned with platform standards.
• Develop workflows, automations, and integrations via REST/SOAP, MID Server, JDBC.
• Oversee upgrades, patches, and module rollouts across ITSM, CSM, and more.
• Maintain domain-separated environments and ensure 24x7 availability.
• Lead governance, demos, Change Boards, and stakeholder training.
