Job summary

Toast Tab, Inc. is seeking a Technical Manager to lead, scale, and evolve our ServiceNow platform for 7,000+ users. You will champion a strategic platform vision, mentor a high-performing team, and drive high-value automation with secure, scalable architecture.

You will own the full lifecycle of ServiceNow modules, enforce performance metrics, and translate complex requirements into robust solutions, all within a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of ServiceNow development with 5+ years in product-focused and people management roles.
• Proven ability to customize ServiceNow at scale and manage technical debt.
• Deep expertise in ITSM, CMDB, GRC and integration of AI tools into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term platform vision and technical strategy for ServiceNow.
• Hands-on configuration and customization while guiding architecture and integrations.
• Lead full product lifecycle for ServiceNow modules and manage technical debt.
• Establish performance metrics and SLAs across workflows.
• Oversee security hardening, upgrade cycles, and Flow Designer/IntegrationHub work.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions for stakeholders.
• Lead engineering team with focus on ownership and best practices.
