Responsibilities include architecture strategy, governance, data security, integrations with third-party systems, and delivering incremental value while maintaining big-picture alignment with IT strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ITSM architecture and development.
• 3+ years in people leadership.
• Strong ServiceNow certifications preferred.
• Experience with ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, SecOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of ServiceNow architecture across ITSM/ITOM/CMDB/SecOps.
• Mentor developers and administrators; conduct code reviews and audits.
• Oversee platform upgrades, release management, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with business partners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
