Job summary

Entegris, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, ServiceNow Architect to lead architecture, design, and governance for scalable ServiceNow solutions. The role partners with IT and business groups to drive adoption, automation, and platform modernization across IT services.

You will mentor a small team, guide upgrades and integrations, and ensure compliance while delivering incremental value. This hybrid role supports multiple sites and aligns with enterprise IT strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ITSM architecture with leadership experience.
• Strong background in ServiceNow modules ITSM/ITOM/CMDB.
• Experience with governance, security, and compliance.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Define architecture standards, governance, and best practices.
• Align platform with IT strategies, security, and compliance.
• Manage permissions and data handling for compliance.
• Mentor developers and admins.
• Conduct code reviews and performance tuning.
• Oversee upgrades, patches, and releases.
• Configure ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and custom apps.
• Use Flow Designer, UI Builder, Glide APIs, IntegrationHub.
• Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies.
• Advanced analytics with performance analytics and data lake.
• Design integrations with third-party systems.
• Optimize cross-enterprise workflows and data flows.
• Leverage Now Assist and Virtual Agent automation.
• Collaborate with analysts and IT teams to translate requirements.
• Communicate concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive adoption of platform capabilities.
