Sky Mavis is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Engineer to lead the health and strategic direction of our ServiceNow environment in Phoenix, Arizona. This role focuses on assessing current customizations and ensuring smooth operations while modernizing the platform.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow and be proficient in ITSM modules, Business Rules, and integrations. Comprehensive benefits including a discretionary bonus and 401k are offered.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform engineering experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and remediate over-customized ServiceNow instances.
• Experience with ITSM modules without end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

• Assess and rationalize existing customizations in ServiceNow.
• Maintain documentation of platform architecture.
• Manage users, roles, and instance hygiene across environments.
