Job summary

Republic Services seeks a Senior Manager ServiceNow Platform to own the platform strategy, roadmap, governance, and value delivery across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and future workflows. You will lead a team of product owners, analysts, developers, and partners to maximize business value.

The role is hybrid with onsite presence in Phoenix, AZ, requiring 4 days per week onsite and 1 day remote. Strong leadership, vendor management, and program management experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, governance models, administration practices, ITIL practices, IT service management, CMDB, service mapping, and enterprise workflow automation.
• ITIL Managing Professional or PMP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the ServiceNow platform vision, roadmap, governance standards, and prioritization process.
• Lead the ServiceNow product team across functional process areas.
• Partner with the ServiceNow Architect to ensure alignment and feasibility.
• Own release cadence, upgrade governance, training, UAT, go-live approvals, and change management.
• Represent platform health, KPI performance, and roadmap progress to executives.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and partners.
• Serve as RSI liaison to the ServiceNow Executive Committee.
