Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow platform engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience dealing with over-customized ServiceNow instances.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and scripting.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing customizations to reduce complexity and upgrade risks.
• Build and execute a rationalization roadmap for the platform.
• Maintain documentation of platform architecture and customizations.
