Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Austin, TX, is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to lead ITSM/ITBM initiatives, manage upgrades, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to deliver scalable IT services.

The role requires CSA and CAD certifications and 6+ years of ServiceNow experience, with strong emphasis on ITBM/ITSM, REST APIs, and data reporting. Familiarity with Agile practices and SQL/Power Query is a plus.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline or equivalent.
  • Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications required.
  • 6+ years of direct experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator, developer and/or comparable role.
  • 6+ years direct experience working with customers to understand requirements and implementing information technology solutions / initiatives.

About the Role

As a member of the OpsTech Solutions application development team for ServiceNow, you will be at the forefront of IT service delivery, collaborating across OpsTech Solutions infrastructure and services teams. You will be surrounded by people who are passionate about optimizing IT services and believe that world‑class service is critical to customer success. You will work across all internal teams to drive tooling and process improvements to ensure a high‑quality, fast‑resolution customer experience. Your mission is to develop a world‑class customer experience and set new customer service standards in IT Delivery.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in building financial and operational reports/data sets that inform business decision‑making, or experience working with large‑scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python)
  • Experience working with REST API based services, or experience with REST web services, XML, JSON
  • Experience building features in ServiceNow ITSM and HAM modules, and building system integrations.
