Job summary

Amazon's OpsTech Solutions is seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to join the IT delivery team in Austin, TX. You will manage the ServiceNow ITBM, implement workflows, and optimize performance across multiple teams.

A strong background in ServiceNow, scripting, and customer-focused IT service delivery is required. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable IT solutions and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/EE/CE or equivalent.
• CSA or ServiceNow certification required.
• 5+ years direct ServiceNow platform experience as administrator/developer.
• 5+ years experience gathering requirements and implementing IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical administration and maintenance of ServiceNow IT Business Management.
• Identify platform optimization opportunities to improve user experience.
• Build enhancements and integrations that scale with cross-functional teams.
• Create ServiceNow workflows and business rules for service improvements.
• Lead ServiceNow release upgrades and coordinate updates with stakeholders.
• Work with software developers to coordinate system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Provide user training related to ServiceNow processes, policies and procedures.
• Mentor team members on project planning and design in ServiceNow ITBM.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent

Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certification is required
