Job summary

Amazon is seeking experienced members for the OpsTech Solutions ServiceNow team in Austin, TX to administer and develop the ServiceNow platform across IT Business Management. You will collaborate with infrastructure and services teams to implement scalable solutions, automate processes, and drive high-quality IT delivery.

Strong communication to non-technical stakeholders is required. Required: 3+ years in IT implementation, CSA or equivalent ServiceNow cert, and hands-on ServiceNow admin

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT implementation experience.
• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) or other ServiceNow certification.
• 3+ years of direct experience with the ServiceNow platform as an administrator, developer and/or comparable role.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical administration and maintenance of ServiceNow IT Business Management.
• Partner with cross functional teams to build enhancements and integrations that scale.
• Create ServiceNow workflows and business rules for service improvements.
• Interface with ServiceNow for all operational requests / issues / planning.
• Oversee ServiceNow release upgrades including technical and stakeholder management activities.
• Work closely with Software Development Engineers to coordinate system updates, patches, and configuration changes.
• Provide user training related to ServiceNow processes, policies and procedures.
• Mentor team members on project planning, design, and estimating activities in ServiceNow IT Business Management.
