Job summary

Flexential is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to design, configure, develop, test, and support robust ServiceNow solutions in a data-center environment. You will own platform work from requirements through production support and collaborate with platform owners, engineers, and stakeholders.

You will focus on ITSM/ITOM, CMDB and CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, automation, and platform health, while reducing unnecessary customization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technical education and experience.
• 4+ years hands-on ServiceNow platform experience across config, development, integration, admin, or production support.
• 3+ years hands-on ServiceNow ITSM experience across incident, problem, change, request, service catalog, knowledge, approvals, service levels, workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot and support ServiceNow capabilities with native features and low-code automation as default.
• Improve and support workflows for incident, major incident, problem, change, request, service catalog, knowledge, approvals, service levels, and notifications.
• Build and maintain CMDB and Common Service Data Model capabilities, including relationships, service models, and data quality controls.
