Compeer Financial is seeking a mid-level Platform & Infrastructure Engineer to join our Bloomington, IL team. The role focuses on configuring and maintaining platform workflows, automations, and integrations to support reliable service delivery across the enterprise.

You will collaborate with security, architecture, and operations, ensuring platform health, incident response, and change control while supporting hybrid work arrangements with up to 50% remote.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in platform engineering, ServiceNow, workflow automation, or ITSM.
• Experience configuring incident, request, change, catalog or CM functions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain platform workflows, forms, scripts, approvals, catalogs, portals, reports, and dashboards.
• Build reusable automations, integrations, APIs, and data imports to reduce manual work and improve data quality.
• Track platform health, integrations, errors, and availability; resolve incidents and root causes.
• Coordinate upgrades, patches, releases, testing, and access changes under security controls.
• Maintain technical records and align delivery with business and technical teams.
