Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum four years in enterprise platform engineering or ServiceNow.
• Experience configuring enterprise service-management capabilities such as incident, request, problem, change, knowledge, service catalog, configuration, asset, or service-level management.
• Strong scripting, API, and integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs, configures, tests, deploys, and maintains workflows, forms, tables, business rules, scripts, notifications, approvals, service catalog items, portals, reports, dashboards, and related platform capabilities.
• Develops reusable automation, integrations, APIs, data imports, orchestration, and self-service solutions that reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
• Translates process, security, compliance, and operational requirements into technical designs, test cases, release documents, and support procedures.
• Monitors platform health, performance, capacity, integrations, jobs, errors, data quality, and service availability; troubleshoots incidents and implements durable corrective actions.
