Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in unified communications or network engineering.
- Experience implementing telephony, UC, cloud communications and observability tools.
Responsibilities
- Designs, patches, upgrades, and maintains telephony, UC, voice and video systems.
- Leads complex network transformations, cloud-connectivity programs and migrations.
- Establishes reusable enterprise patterns for secure connectivity, QoS and observability.
- Resolves top connectivity, performance and carrier issues; drives systemic improvements.
- Mentors engineers and influences vendor, investment, and lifecycle decisions.
