You will translate requirements into scalable solutions, partner with cross-functional teams, and help improve platform health and reliability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IS/Eng or related field.
• Minimum four years in enterprise platform engineering or ITSM related field.
• Experience configuring and supporting enterprise service-management capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, configures, tests, deploys, and maintains workflows, forms, reports, dashboards, and related platform capabilities.
• Develops reusable automation, APIs, integrations, data imports, and self-service solutions.
• Translates requirements into technical designs, release docs, and support procedures.
