Job summary

Compeer Financial seeks a Platform Engineer to design, configure, test, and maintain enterprise service-management workflows, automation, and integrations, delivering reliable, scalable platform solutions.

This hybrid role offers up to 50% remote work and is based in the Mankato, MN; Lakeville, MN; Sun Prairie, WI; or Bloomington, IL office locations, with a base pay range of $75,600–$114,200 USD and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and 4+ years of enterprise platform engineering experience.
• Experience configuring and supporting enterprise service-management capabilities (incident, request, problem, change, knowledge, service catalog).
• Strong scripting, APIs, integrations, data imports, and deployment practices.

Responsibilities

• Designs, configures, tests, deploys, and maintains workflows, forms, tables, and reports.
• Develops automation and integrations to improve data quality and service delivery.
• Translates requirements into technical designs, test cases, release docs, and support procedures.
• Mentors junior practitioners and contributes to platform roadmap and governance.
