Claddagh Resources seeks a seasoned ServiceNow Solution Architect to own the end-to-end architecture for IT Operations in Edison, NJ. You will govern ITSM/ITOM/CMDB, drive platform upgrades, and ensure scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.

The role is customer-facing, requiring governance leadership, RFP solutioning, and directing distributed teams to deliver high-value, AI-assisted workflows with Now Assist.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT Operations, ITSM, or architecture.
• 10+ years of enterprise ServiceNow experience.
• Experience with incident management, change risk, and service reliability.
• Experience integrating observability platforms with ServiceNow.
• Hands-on with Now Assist and GenAI-enabled workflows.
• Executive communication with governance and design authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture, governance, and evolution of an enterprise IT Operations platform.
• Defend designs to senior stakeholders and lead RFP solutioning.
• Direct distributed solution and delivery teams across ITSM/ITOM/CMDB and integrations.
