Job summary

Homecare Homebase, LLC. is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead architectural governance and deliverables for the ServiceNow environment in a hybrid role based in Dallas, Texas.

You will provide consultative leadership to the Platform Support Team, document platform architecture, analyze impact of new requirements, and ensure solutions align with business strategy and governance decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Enterprise security and architecture experience.
• Experience with IT Service Management and enterprise/ITSM.
• ServiceNow Advanced System Administration and Application Development skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a detailed view of existing architecture.
• Align ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the Platform Support Team in applying best practices, policies and procedures.
• Provide architectural controls and impact analysis for new requirements.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate similar solutions.
• Lead and participate in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Contribute to governance processes.
• Stay current on ServiceNow products and integrated technologies.
