Homecare Homebase, LLC. is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead architectural governance and deliverables for the ServiceNow environment in a hybrid role based in Dallas, Texas.

You will provide consultative leadership to the Platform Support Team, document platform architecture, analyze impact of new requirements, and ensure solutions align with business strategy and governance decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Enterprise security and architecture experience.
• Experience with IT Service Management and enterprise/ITSM.
• ServiceNow Advanced System Administration and Application Development skills.

Shape how

Shape how Homecare Homebase (HCHB) uses the ServiceNow platform to deliver business solutions. As ServiceNow Platform Architect, you'll be a technical leader providing consultative leadership to the Platform Support Team, ensuring the platform stays aligned to business strategy and governance decisions. You'll document the platform, analyze the impact of new requirements, and provide the controls that make sure the right technical solutions are used. This role pairs strong technical ability with a sound understanding of business strategy and the policies that govern the platform, along with advanced ServiceNow knowledge and skill. Hybrid: This hybrid role is based in Dallas, Texas.

What You'll Do

• Create and maintain a detailed view of existing architecture.
• Align ServiceNow platform capabilities to business strategy and the ServiceNow roadmap.
• Lead the Platform Support Team in implementing technical good practices, policies and procedures.
• Provide architectural controls and analysis of impacts for new requirements.
• Identify opportunities to combine similar solution needs.
• Provide leadership and participate in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platform.
• Contribute to governance processes.
• Stay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years overall experience as a ServiceNow Platform Architect.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Enterprise security and architecture experience.
• Enterprise and/or IT Service Management experience.
• ServiceNow Advanced System Administration and Application Development skills.
• Scripting skills: JavaScript, web services, HTML, CSS, TSQL and AngularJS.
• Experience with Performance Analytics and dashboarding.
• Experience with scoped application development and Workspaces.
• Experience with integrations via REST, JDBC and GraphQL using Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Experience with modern ServiceNow features (Virtual Agent, Now Assist, Mobile Development, UI Builder, AWA, etc.).
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling.
• Requirements-gathering experience, with a strong ability to align and document business processes and requirements with a technical implementation.
• Experience with middleware and discovery technologies.
• Direct experience implementing IT Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog); Strategic Portfolio Management (Project and Demand Management); IT Operations Management (Discovery, Event, Service Mapping); and Customer Service Management.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to write clearly and concisely.

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant ServiceNow certifications, including but not limited to:
  • Certified System Administrator
  • Certified Application Developer
  • CIS - IT Service Management
  • CIS - Customer Service Management
  • CIS - Project Portfolio Management
