Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Edison, NJ is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Platform Architect to design and guide complex deployments across CSM, FSM, and related modules. You will shape architectural roadmaps, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure scalable, secure implementations that meet client needs.

Responsibilities include hands-on development, integrations with LDAP/AD, SAP, and APIs, and governance across data, security, and deployment.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience with 8+ years hands-on designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions, at least 3 years in a lead or architect role
• CSM and FSM implementation experience is must
• Experience with scripting technologies (JavaScript, PowerShell, Perl, wmi, ssh, python, XPath, SNMP)
• App Engine: Expertise in Custom module implementations
• ITIL knowledge across Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management with ServiceNow mapping
• Leadership and communication skills for cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile methodologies and large-scale ServiceNow implementations
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP/OAuth2/JWT/MID Server) and data flow with external systems
• Knowledge of Flow Designer, Virtual Agent, and Predictive Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions including CSM, FSM, and other modules
• Define architectural vision and roadmaps in collaboration with stakeholders
• Oversee customization, configuration, and scalable patterns
• Hands-on development for patterns, discoveries, sensors, and event rules
• Architect integrations with LDAP, AD, SAP, and custom APIs
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams
• Optimize ServiceNow environments for performance, usability, and cost
• Establish governance, security, data management, and compliance
• Engage with clients on architecture and process automation
• Produce architecture diagrams, workflows, and implementation guides
• Lead upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements
