Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field as a baseline.
• 10+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, preferably in development and implementation.
• Strong experience with NOW SDK, including local app init, metadata transformation, and scoped apps deployment.
• Experience with Now Assist or similar AI tools to boost development efficiency and automation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close technical tasks related to configuration and implementation.
• Provide software coding and customization including screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, and custom app development.
• Leverage NOW SDK to design, build, and package scoped applications locally within VS Code Desktop, using fluent CLI tools.
• Use Now Assist for Creator to accelerate development, automate playbooks/flows, and streamline code creation.
• Update and maintain testing protocols for ServiceNow upgrades to certify apps post-upgrade.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions in a banking SDLC context.
• Own and drive enhancements to improve reliability and performance; analyze risks and gaps.
