Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Lead Developer in Dallas, TX for a 24-month engagement. You will lead development, customization, and integration of ServiceNow solutions, leveraging NOW SDK, Fluent, and Now Assist in a banking environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on ServiceNow development and implementation experience.
• Proficient with NOW SDK, local app init, metadata transformation, and deploying scoped apps from IDE.
• Fluent in defining application metadata in code; strong server-side and client-side APIs knowledge.
• Experience with Now Assist for AI-driven development and automation.
• Proven ability to deliver under tight deadlines within a global team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close all technical ServiceNow tasks.
• Develop and customize with screen tailoring, workflows, reports, data imports, and integrations.
• Leverage NOW SDK and VS Code to build packaged scoped apps locally.
• Use Now Assist to accelerate development and automate playbooks and flows.
• Maintain testing protocols for instance upgrades and certify apps post-upgrade.
• Design and deliver ServiceNow needs in banking environments within SDLC.
• Drive reliability, performance, and scalability improvements.
• Analyze risks and gaps; resolve issues in the environment.
• Collaborate with global teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
