Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a senior ServiceNow Architect to lead a strategic discovery and modernization initiative for our healthcare client. This role combines ServiceNow architecture, AI innovation, CMDB/CSDM expertise, technical leadership, and stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will assess the current ServiceNow environment, design data quality improvements, drive AI-enabled solutions, and build a roadmap for future platform growth and adoption across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience in large enterprise environments.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities such as Now Assist, Generative AI Controller, NLQ.
• Strong expertise with ServiceNow CSDM, CMDB, ITOM Discovery, and Enterprise Architecture Workbench.
• Ability to work with platform administration teams and stakeholders.
• Lead roadmap development and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall ServiceNow architecture and CSDM strategy.
• Evaluate the existing ServiceNow environment and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Design solutions to improve platform adoption, governance, and data quality.
• Configure and leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities to identify missing data and automate remediation.
• Drive modernization initiatives using native ServiceNow AI tools.
• Conduct platform assessments and identify data, process, and capability gaps.
• Deliver recommendations for future platform enhancements.
• Design integrations with enterprise data sources and improve data ownership through automation.

This individual will serve as the technical lead responsible for assessing the current ServiceNow environment, identifying data and platform gaps, implementing AI-enabled solutions, and building a roadmap for future platform growth.

This role combines ServiceNow architecture, AI innovation, CMDB/CSDM expertise, technical leadership, and stakeholder management.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture experience in large enterprise environments
• Strong expertise with:
• ServiceNow CSDM
• CMDB
• ITOM Discovery
• Enterprise Architecture Workbench
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities such as:
• Now Assist
• Generative AI Controller
• Natural Language Query (NLQ)
• Experience performing ServiceNow platform assessments, gap analyses, and license/entitlement reviews
• Ability to work directly with platform administration teams and enterprise stakeholders
• Strong project leadership experience including roadmap development, executive presentations, and managing technical workstreams

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• ServiceNow CTA, CMA, or other advanced ServiceNow certifications
• Healthcare or payer industry experience
• Knowledge of:

What You'll Be Doing

ServiceNow Strategy & Architecture

• Lead the overall ServiceNow architecture and CSDM strategy
• Evaluate the existing ServiceNow environment and identify opportunities for improvement
• Design solutions that improve platform adoption, governance, and data quality

AI & Automation

• Configure and leverage ServiceNow AI capabilities to identify missing data, automate remediation, and improve CMDB health
• Drive modernization initiatives using native ServiceNow AI tools

Discovery & Gap Assessment

• Conduct platform assessments and identify data, process, and capability gaps
• Analyze application ownership, asset data, service relationships, and CMDB maturity
• Deliver recommendations for future platform enhancements

Integration & Data Management

• Design integrations with enterprise data sources including Azure Data Lake, GitHub, and Active Directory
• Improve data accuracy and ownership through automation
• Present findings and recommendations to business and technology leaders
• Lead project planning, stakeholder management, governance meetings, and executive readouts
• Develop the roadmap for future ServiceNow implementation phases
