Job summary

You will direct platform strategy, administer configurations, support SDLC, and deliver dashboards and KPIs while partnering with stakeholders to translate complex needs into scalable solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 8-12 years of related experience.
Advanced ITIL, cybersecurity, or compliance knowledge relevant to enterprise IT.
Experience supporting ITSM/ITOM/ITAM platforms in large organizations.
Strong governance, data quality, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Own platform strategy and multi-year roadmap for ITSM/ITOM/ITAM, aligned to ITIL practices.
Administer and configure platform capabilities including user access, roles, permissions, workflows, and reporting.
Coordinate testing, releases, and SDLC controls to meet audit and security requirements.
Own CMDB strategy, data quality, CI relationships, and lifecycle governance.
Deliver dashboards, KPIs, and operational reporting for ITSM/ITOM/ITAM; drive automation and cost reduction.
